This traditional French Holiday house is bright and airy and perfect for a group of 10 people. It has been fully renovated and decorated with style down to the last detail. The beautifully spacious bedrooms with original floor tiles boast brand new beds, high quality bedding and air conditioning. The bedrooms have double-glazing and views out over the chateau, village and park, some to the hills beyond. La Couronne has been carefully restored to preserve the atmosphere of an authentic French town house, but also includes modern amenities, such as Wi-fi and satellite TV.

Steps up to the first floor, lead you into the elegant and bright lounge, featuring comfortable seating, and a wonderful original marble fireplace, open onto the spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A few short steps away, the summer kitchen, pool and terrace will become the hub of your stay. Two large well-appointed bedrooms, one en-suite and a large bathroom complete the accommodation on this level.

On the second floor, the large open plan salon offers an alternative access to the summer kitchen and pool area. This comfortable and inviting room is scattered with sofas and a second large table and chairs. The media room adjoins the salon. There are three further well-appointed bedrooms on this floor all with en-suites.

Outdoors the large terrace area with sundeck and shaded garden area, pool and terrace complements the spacious holiday home. The private pool is 7m x 3m set in a secure and enclosed area and meets French security regulations for safety.

The village of Pouzolles is a small French village located in the Languedoc Roussillon region, South of France.

In the village of Pouzolles there is a Boulangerie/Patisserie, small supermarket and a Tobacconist/Newsagent in the village. Pizza can be ordered by phone for home delivery.

Visit outstanding historical monuments and sites, the city of Montpellier's museums, boutiques and antique shops, as well as the typical French villages and towns.

Languedoc-Roussillon enjoys over 300 hundred days of sunshine a year.  The nearest beach is Cap-d'Agde on the Mediterranean Coast 20 minutes drive away. Enjoy more than 275 km of Mediterranean coastline stretching from Catalonia to the Camargue.

Travel Arrangements 

Languedoc-Roussillon benefits from an excellent transportation network: the region is served by 5 international airports and 3 motorways, and the high-speed train links Paris to Montpellier several times daily in less than three and a half hours.

There is a reliable schedule of flights to Montpellier running during peak periods. Montpellier, Languedoc's largest airport, is located between Montpellier and the coast, being a short 10 minute drive to the city centre.
