Steps up to the first
floor, lead you into the elegant and bright lounge, featuring comfortable
seating, and a wonderful original marble fireplace, open onto the spacious fully
equipped kitchen and dining area. A few short steps away, the summer kitchen,
pool and terrace will become the hub of your stay. Two large well-appointed
bedrooms, one en-suite and a large bathroom complete the accommodation on this
level.
On the second floor,
the large open plan salon offers an alternative access to the summer kitchen
and pool area. This comfortable and inviting room is scattered with sofas and a
second large table and chairs. The media room adjoins the salon. There are
three further well-appointed bedrooms on this floor all with en-suites.
Outdoors the large
terrace area with sundeck and shaded garden area, pool and terrace complements
the spacious holiday home. The private pool is 7m x 3m set in a secure and
enclosed area and meets French security regulations for safety.

village located in the Languedoc
Roussillon region, South of France.
In the village of Pouzolles
there is a Boulangerie/Patisserie, small supermarket and a
Tobacconist/Newsagent in the village. Pizza can be ordered by phone for home
delivery.

and antique shops, as well as the typical French villages and towns.

international airports and 3 motorways, and the high-speed train links Paris to
Montpellier several times daily in less than three and a half hours.
There is a reliable
schedule of flights to Montpellier running during peak periods. Montpellier,
Languedoc's largest airport, is located between Montpellier and the coast,
being a short 10 minute drive to the city centre.
