A stylish seaside treat!

Hidden away down narrow winding streets just off St Ives' Porthminster beach, this charming small boutique hotel is a little gem, offering luxury accommodation in a beautiful setting. There's a pretty little courtyard outside with sea views, lined with sea grass and palm trees. It's a tranquil spot which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or maybe a glass of locally produced Polgoon wine. If you prefer to stay indoors, you'll find that the bar area is stylishly furnished with comfortable leather sofas - a great place to unwind after a long coastal walk.

From the hotel's front room balconies there's a lovely view of Porthminster's fine white sandy beach. The quality of light is amazing down here in St Ives and the sunsets can be breathtaking. There are nine bedrooms in all, each one with a different colour scheme, and all of them with spacious immaculate bathrooms.

The restaurant serves a range of delicious Cornish platters, and the owners take great pride in offering a fine selection of locally sourced food. You can sample salmon which has been smoked over cherrywood in nearby Penrhyn, traditional chipolatas from  Vivian Olds butchers in St Just, local Cornish heatherbell honey and mouthwatering Tesyn goat's cheese. As well as locally produced wines, the bar stocks a good selection of single malt whiskies and other spirits.

The hotel's very own Ren Room Spa offers facials, massages, wraps, manicures and other treatments and there is a very good selection of Ren cosmetic products for sale at the reception.

This small hotel caters very well for bed and breakfast, lunches and Cornish cream teas. You certainly won't be stuck for somewhere to eat in the evenings as St Ives is full of excellent restaurants and pubs, all within walking distance. There's a putting green opposite, a choice of lovely beaches, and a wide range of things to do in the area including fishing, golf and walking. St Ives is well known for its established artistic community and you are just a short walk away from some lovely craft shops and the very popular Tate St Ives. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a longer summer holiday in this vibrant and beautiful part of Cornwall, this stylish Boutique B&B hotel comes highly recommended!
