French Apartments with shared pool, Pezenas, South France
Secret Garden is a beautifully renovated couvent, now split into 4 apartments, with shared pool, a large garden and private terraces in the center of Pézenas with cafés, restaurants, supermarkets within an easy walk. Each apartment can sleep a group of 6 and has two double en-suite bedrooms and a mezzanine with a pull out sofa bed and TV area. The four apartments booked together can accommodate a large party get-together of 24 guests in style.
Each naturally lit apartment has the benefit of sharing the chlorine free outdoor pool and a large garden with shady spots for a cool glass of rose. Perfect for chilling, the garden is fully enclosed and has a hammock and a boules court.
French Holiday Apartments
You walk in through French doors to a spacious open plan dining / kitchen living area. The dining table seats 6.
The kitchen is small but functional and has a dishwasher, oven, cook top and microwave and a good sized fridge.
Sitting room furniture consists of comfortable leather couches. In one apartment there is a pull out couch so it is possible to sleep downstairs.
Each apartment has a bathroom on the ground floor with w.c. and washbasin.
The mezzanine has a pull out sofa bed with TV area. French TV is available and there is also a DVD player and stereo.
The apartments each have 2 bedrooms both with double beds and en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are large and include antique furniture and marble fireplaces.
The bedrooms all look out over the garden and have shutters so you can sleep late if you prefer! A cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
One bathroom has a cast iron bath and separate shower, the other has a large shower.
Outside Space
Arriving at the Couvent, you walk through the garden and come to your terrace at the front of the apartment. The terrace has a dining table and chairs plus a barbecue.The "secret garden" of the Couvent is a large walled garden with a choice of sun or shade, spaces for play and for relaxation and a wonderful sunny pool area with 9×6 m green-tiled pool. In the garden barbecues are also provided and use of the Summer Kitchen is open for all guests.
Location
Pézénas is an ideal location for all groups. The city is full of history, with its stoned walls and narrow streets, typical of French villages, great market every Saturday. Only 20 minute from the beaches and a stone throw from the country side, it offers the best of both worlds to cater for all tastes.
